How to Purchase Standard
Online orders (secured with SSL)
- 1. Click the document you want, click “Purchase,” and fill in the necessary items. (For paper documents, multiple copies can be ordered by clicking “Continue shopping.”)
- 2. Click “Confirm your order,” then finalize your order by clicking “Order.”
- 3. An automated email confirming the completion of your order will be sent to the email address which you entered.
- * For overseas orders, we use Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. for payments and BENLY Co., Ltd. for dispatch.
- * Once your order has been received, a final quotation including shipping and commission will be sent to the above email address. You will receive a further email with payment details.
- * Please ensure that your email settings allow mail from kuronekoyamato.co.jp.
- * Your order will be dispatched once payment has been completed.
Returns and cancellations
Please note that once your order is placed, you cannot return or cancel your order. If you receive the wrong item, or the item is faulty, please contact our Service Center (email@example.com) so that we can replace the item. JEITA will cover the return postage cost in this event.
